The Canadian National Tower or as it is ubiquitously known as the ‘CN Tower’ is the tallest tower in the western hemisphere.
It was the tallest in the world for 34 years till the Burj Khalifa rose in the Arabian desert. No way does that make this very unique tower any less impressive.
Monolithic like the ancient Egyptian obelisks and very ‘science fictionish’ when lit up at night with over 1000 LED lights – the CN Tower is the signature monument of Toronto and the pride of Canadian engineering.
